As M/s Core Healthcare Limited is withdrawing its application , O J Civil Application No 1 of 2006 cannot be maintained in these proceedings. O J Civil Application No 1 of 2006 is accordingly disposed of. However, the applicant , Mr. Pankaj S Modi would be free to avail of any action as permissible in law.
